There are several machines on the market that allow you to attach small pads to different body areas. These pads emit an electric current that supposedly contracts the muscles and aids with muscle growth and definition. I'm not looking for an easy-fit plan (i already work out 2 hrs/day, 5 days/week), but i am curious if use of such a machine in addition to my workout plan is warranted, or just a waste of money.
Is there merit to these machines? Have any of you used them before?
