Could the heat of a massager burn my vagina?

I used a massager with infrared heat on it on my vagina as a sexual toy about a week ago. Since then my vag has been itchy, hot and burning, and seems to be peeling?! Like a sunburn... I don't have any discharge and it doesnt smell weird or anything... so I'm pretty sure it's not an STD or STI.

Could the heat device on the massager have burned me down there?? Or do I need to go to the doctor for something more serious?

Please help! Serious advice only...

It sounds like a burn like from a tanning bed-- same kind of heat, probably. You may want to get an antibiotic creme for burns, and insert it. You don't want an infection.
