Why do I feel a smashing pain in the back left area of my head and also a pulsing pressure in my neck?
It's a very heavy pressure in the back of my head in the lower left area. Also it feels like a vein or something that leads to that area, in my neck is pulsing with pain. This started happening a few days ago and has happened during sex and after trying to do some exercises. I am 24, not so healthy at the moment, and trying to start exercising again....
I feel kind of the same thing. What my doc told me is that your neck is under a great amount of pressure trying to hold up your head, and you may just need a good massage.
I get horrible pounding migraines during sex when we do certain positions, and, excersicing can also make it work, especially bending down and coming back up.
Try getting a massaging hand held thingy, I cant remember what they are called or get a massaging heating neck snake.
