Where can I buy an aromatherapy bag?
It's a bag of seeds and/or sand with aromatherapy scents. You can place it in the microwave to heat for a soothing hot compress. For a cold press, just cool it in the chiller and you're good.
You can purchase an aromatherapy bag at any Health food store, or you can make one for cheap, depending on which oils you purchase along with other supplies.
To make one all you will need is a sock some rice (barley or any other grain that you have available) and which ever sent you choose. I would suggest lavender or chamomile
