Good or Bad idea to buy a waist trimmer?
I believe thats what is called, its an elastic band that u wrap around your waist/stomach makes u sweat? any comments on it lol
I dont want to use to it to solely help me lose weight if i do get, im just lookin for sumthin to help out along the way.
i have not had luck with stuff like that. i have found a supplment that walmart carries that is fda approved. i have lost 6 pounds in the last 2 months i think it is called alli. it is a fat blocker, so it doesn't mess with your heart. i have been lazy an eating whatever i want and my weight has gotten less.
