My cousin bought an anime cosplay costume but the problem is we don't know which anime this character comes from;

It's a female costume with cat ears. The costume is maid or waitress type with baby pink to peach colors as it's main. The inside shirt is white but the skirt and apron are pinkish. it also has a color (baby pink) with a big size bell attached to it.

Please can you tell me from what game or anime this costume came from because my cousin really needs it for an anime cosplay convention.
