I was looking at this spine worx product - has anyone used it and how good is it ?
well I started with a piece of foam originally and then moved to the spineworx and it is definately better in terms of alignment and short term relief. Getting those pressure points out is so good when it builds up.

also you cant underestimate what a good leg pillow can do in getting your spine in a better position while sleeping - I find this helps ease the pressure as well.
